  • Artwork purchased directly from dreaminginpixel.com is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Selected artworks are also available as physical prints through my Etsy shop.

  • You will receive the downloadable digital artwork file or files described on the individual product page. Each listing states the file format, number of files, pixel dimensions, aspect ratio and recommended print sizes included with that artwork.

  • Please follow the recommended print sizes listed on the individual artwork’s product page. Printing within those sizes will help preserve the artwork’s intended proportions and image quality.

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions for accessing your digital file. Please enter the correct email address during checkout so you can receive your order information.

  • You can print the artwork at home, through a local professional print shop or through an online printing service. A professional printing service is recommended for larger sizes and better control over paper and colour quality.

  • No. Your purchase includes the digital artwork file only. Printing, framing and physical delivery are not included.

  • Because digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery, digital-download purchases are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect file or experience a technical issue, please contact Dreaming In Pixel for assistance.

  • Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Screen brightness, display settings, printer type, ink and paper choice can all affect the final result.

  • No. Digital purchases are for personal use only. The artwork and files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded to other platforms or used to create products for sale.

Physical Prints

  • Selected Dreaming In Pixel artworks are available as physical prints through the Dreaming In Pixel Etsy shop. Use the Physical Prints on Etsy link to browse the available collection.

  • You will receive an unframed premium matte physical print in the size selected on Etsy. This is a physical product that will be produced and shipped to your delivery address.

  • No. The frame, furniture and decorative objects shown in the listing photographs and room mockups are for display purposes only.

  • The artwork is professionally printed on premium matte poster paper. Please refer to the individual Etsy listing for the current product specifications.

  • Each print is securely packaged by the production partner to help protect it during shipping. Packaging may vary depending on the selected size, print provider and delivery destination.

  • Every physical print is made to order. The estimated production and delivery dates will be shown on Etsy before purchase. Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been dispatched.

  • Please contact me through Etsy as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the damaged print and its packaging. I will review the issue and assist with an eligible replacement or resolution.

  • Because each print is made to order, returns or exchanges are not generally accepted for a change of mind. Please review the size and product details carefully before ordering. Contact me through Etsy if there is a problem with your order.

  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Display brightness, monitor settings, printing methods and paper can all affect the final appearance.

  • Physical prints are produced and shipped by Dreaming In Pixel’s professional production partner through Printify. The fulfilment location may vary depending on the product, destination and provider availability.
